Angler RUST PREVENTIVE 6000 is a highly penetrating, water displacing rust preventive which leaves a thin oily, transparent film that does not gum. This film resists oxidation and is non-staining so that it may be used safely on all metals. Its low viscosity assures penetration of crevices and pores for complete surface coverage; and it actually lifts water from metal surfaces, forming a thin film which continues to serve as a protection barrier. Both the fluid and the ultimate film formed exhibit good dielectric properties.

RUST PREVENTIVE 6000 is an excellent preservative for work-in-process, idle or stored machine tools, finished parts, molds or packaged materials such as tools, dies, fixtures, instruments, gauges, jigs or bearings. It is effective in preventing electrical shorting in starting up wet motors and in protecting against shorts in electric motors exposed to high humidity.
RUST PREVENTIVE 6000 can be satisfactorily applied by spray, brush or dip.
