Anphos EZ 100 is a mildly acidic liquid product that will clean and also produce an iridescent iron phosphate coating on: Steel, Cast and Malleable Irons; consequently, conditioning the metal surface for applying: paint, powder coat, or any organic coating. Anphos EZ 100 may also be the product of choice when processing Galvanized Steel, Zinc Die Castings, and Aluminum Alloys. The phosphate coating formed on metals, however, will not be an IRON PHOSPHATE but a complex metal/Phosphate Cpd. The coating weight will vary, dependent upon the metal. Anphos EZ 100 may be used in any industrial pressure spray wash machine without any danger of excessive foaming.

CHEMICAL CONTROL PROCEDURE
