coolant semi synthetic ferrous non-ferrous rust protection grinding chlorine free chlorine-freeDESCRIPTION
AccuCool 3000 SS represents the most up-to-date technology in the development of a semi-synthetic metalworking fluid. Formulated with specially selected, top quality components, AccuCool 3000 SS produces a clear micro-emulsion in all types of makeup water and contains no nitrites, phenols, diethanolamine, chlorine, or heavy metals. It is formulated with a strong rust inhibitor package, and is suitable for usage on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
AccuCool 3000 SS has been designed to function effectively as both a cutting fluid and a grinding coolant. It possesses superior lubricity characteristics and prevents welding of chips to cutting tools. Lubricity performance is achieved with a combination of physical lubrication from mineral oil, extreme pressure lubrication from top quality additives, and the cooling benefits of machining with high water content solutions.
AccuCool 3000 SS has been shown to be completely non foaming even under extreme pressure/high speed applications.

APPLICATION
AccuCool 3000 SS is recommended for the machining and grinding of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Operations include: milling, turning, drilling, boring, and threading. Also, O.D. and I.D. grinding operations including centerless and surface grinding.

MIXING RATIOS
When used for machining, mixing ratios will vary between 10 to 25 parts water to 1 part AccuCool 3000 SS. For grinding operations, 25 to 35 parts water to 1 part AccuCool 3000 SS is recommended.
